Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in connection with the website at maraboumidstream.com (the "Site"). The Site is presented under the Marabou Midstream brand. Marabou Midstream LLC operates the Site and is responsible for information handled through it. In this Policy, "Marabou Midstream," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Marabou Midstream LLC.

This Policy applies to information handled through the Site and to email or telephone contact that begins through the Site. Information exchanged through other channels, or under a separate written agreement, is outside the scope of this Policy and is governed by the applicable agreement or communication context.

2. Information you provide

2.1 The online inquiry form

The Site's Contact page has an inquiry form. You begin by choosing one of three paths: General Inquiry, Project Inquiry, or Services Inquiry. Every path asks for:

  • Your information: first and last name, email address, phone number and alternate phone number.
  • Company information: company name, address, city, state, ZIP code, main phone number and website.

Depending on the path you choose and your answers, the form may also ask for:

  • General Inquiry: a free-text description of what we can do for you.
  • Project Inquiry: project type (with a description if you choose "Other"); project name; project location, including address, city, state, ZIP code, and GPS latitude and longitude that you enter yourself; the inlet pressure you require; whether the project is for power generation and, if so, the planned generation technology and the required pressure and equipment manufacturer for each type of generator; anticipated load factor; target start date and contract term; daily volume and its unit (MMBTU or MW); for power generation projects, service megawatts and heat rate target; whether the project will ramp up in phases and, if so, the number of phases and an amount and notes for each phase; aid in construction as a dollar amount and/or percentage, with comments; and final project comments.
  • Services Inquiry: the type of services you need (Producer, End User, or Direct Connection - Producer to End User), your selections from lists of services, and free-text comments.

Each inquiry you submit is delivered by email to Info@mmslp.com using Resend. Once it has been delivered, the Site also sends a confirmation email, with a reference number and a copy of your answers, to the email address you entered. Marabou does not separately store inquiry-form submissions in a website database or CRM. Copies received by email may be retained in Marabou's email system under its ordinary business email-retention practices and deleted when no longer needed for business, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

Before you submit, the form asks you to check a box agreeing that Marabou Midstream may use the information you provide to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and to conduct related business-development or marketing follow-up with you. An inquiry cannot be submitted without that agreement.

2.2 Email and telephone

The Site provides email and telephone links (including Info@mmslp.com and 713.278.0600). Using them opens your own email or phone application. Anything you send that way is carried by your own email or phone provider to Marabou Midstream rather than being collected directly by the Site. When the contact begins through the Site, this Policy applies to Marabou's handling of that information. Other communications are outside the scope of this Policy unless Marabou states otherwise.

2.3 Confidential or proprietary information

Please do not submit information you consider confidential or proprietary unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place between you and Marabou Midstream.

Unsolicited submissions are not received in confidence.

2.4 File uploads

The Site's inquiry form does not request or accept file uploads.

3. Information collected automatically

The Site does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, and it does not use advertising tracking. It does not load third-party maps. Its fonts are served from the Site itself. The following outside services may receive technical information when they are used:

  • Video. The About page includes a video. If you play it, your browser fetches the video from Marabou's media storage service (DigitalOcean Spaces). Like any web server, that service receives standard technical information with the request, such as your IP address and browser type.
  • Spam protection. When you reach the inquiry form's final review step, your browser loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that checks, when you submit, that the inquiry is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and device, including your IP address, to perform that check, and the Site passes your IP address to Cloudflare when it confirms the result.
  • Links to other sites. Links to LinkedIn, Grupo SIMSA's website and Google Maps open those sites in a new browser tab. See section 9.

The Site is hosted using DigitalOcean services. Like other website and media-hosting services, DigitalOcean and related infrastructure may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested page or resource, date and time of the request, referring information, and similar server-log data. Marabou uses technical information in the ordinary course to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site.

4. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

The Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Site's hosting infrastructure sets a short-lived security cookie, which its provider, Cloudflare, uses to help distinguish people from automated traffic.

The inquiry form keeps your in-progress answers in your browser's session storage, so that they survive a page reload. They stay in your browser, are discarded when you close the tab or after two hours without changes, and are not sent to Marabou unless you submit the inquiry.

5. How information is used

We use information submitted through the Site to evaluate and respond to inquiries, communicate with the individual who submitted the inquiry, assess potential projects or services, and conduct related business-development or marketing follow-up with that individual. We may also use information as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

6. How information is disclosed

Inquiry information is delivered to Marabou at Info@mmslp.com using Resend. DigitalOcean provides website and media-hosting services. Cloudflare provides the inquiry form's spam protection. These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to Marabou. Marabou does not share inquiry information with related companies, agents, or other outside parties beyond service providers needed to host, operate, or deliver communications from the Site, except when required by law or necessary to protect Marabou's legal rights. Marabou does not sell personal information.

7. Retention

Marabou does not maintain a separate website database or CRM containing inquiry-form submissions. Information delivered by email may remain in Marabou's email system under ordinary business email-retention practices and may be deleted when it is no longer reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was received, business recordkeeping, legal compliance, or the protection of legal rights.

8. Security

Marabou uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Site and the information handled through it. These measures are intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Marabou does not represent that information submitted through the Site will be free from all security risks.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to LinkedIn: to the Marabou Midstream company page, and to the LinkedIn profiles of members of our team. It also links to the website of Grupo SIMSA and to our office's location on Google Maps. These links open in a new browser tab. LinkedIn, Grupo SIMSA, Google and any other third-party site you visit from the Site are governed by their own privacy practices, not by this Policy.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you reside and whether an applicable privacy law applies to Marabou, you may have rights concerning personal information Marabou maintains about you. These may include rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information and, where applicable, rights to opt out of specified uses of personal information. Requests may be submitted to Info@mmslp.com. Marabou may take reasonable steps to verify a request before responding and will respond as required by applicable law. Marabou does not sell personal information.

The Project Inquiry form may allow you to enter latitude and longitude to identify a proposed project location. Marabou does not automatically collect the precise location of your device through that field; any project coordinates submitted through the form are entered by you.

11. Children

The Site is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. Marabou does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If Marabou learns that personal information from a child has been submitted through the Site in a manner requiring deletion under applicable law, Marabou will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will show the latest revision. When appropriate, material changes may also be identified through a notice on the Site. The approach to announcing changes is intended to remain consistent with the Site's Terms of Use.

13. Relationship to the Terms of Use

This Policy should be read together with the Site's Terms of Use and any other applicable Site legal documents. These documents are intended to operate consistently and should not be read to unintentionally override one another. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are intended to be read together, while any separate written agreement between you and Marabou Midstream governs the subject matter of that agreement.
