What We Do

Infrastructure, supply and commercial services.

01

Pipeline infrastructure

Marabou develops last-mile and lateral pipeline systems that connect natural gas supply to end-user demand, and first-mile infrastructure for producers. New systems can be delivered under structures in which Marabou can own and operate the completed asset — and Marabou can equally manage, operate and maintain infrastructure a counterparty already owns.

02

Natural gas supply & transportation

Marabou supplies and transports natural gas for producers and end users, and supply and transportation can reach essentially any end user. Transportation is arranged and performed both directly and through third parties, with nominations and balancing performed in house.

03

Producer & commercial services

For independent producers, Marabou provides marketing, market access, logistics and contract administration, with price risk management performed in house — and offers a no-cost, no-obligation analysis of a producer's current sales, gathering and processing agreements.

How We Partner

How we partner…

Beyond Producer and End User services, owners of existing pipeline infrastructure can engage Marabou to manage, operate, and maintain. Where new infrastructure is needed, Marabou can develop, own and operate the completed system, recovering its investment economically over time.

Execution combines in-house functions with qualified external resources. Nominations, balancing, contract administration, regulatory reporting and price risk management are performed in house; transportation, gathering, processing and pipeline operations are performed both directly and through third parties; and design and construction are delivered using qualified engineering and construction resources. Assets are operated in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.

Financial Strength

A firm foundation.

Marabou Midstream is majority owned by Grupo SIMSA, providing the company with the strength, stability, and long-term perspective of a substantial strategic parent.

Grupo SIMSA's majority ownership provides Marabou with a strong institutional foundation, access to broader financial and organizational resources, and the stability to pursue long-term infrastructure investments. This ownership structure strengthens Marabou's ability to develop, capitalize, own, and operate even larger energy infrastructure while maintaining the responsiveness and commercial flexibility of a specialized midstream company.

For customers, producers, lenders, and other counterparties, the relationship provides an important measure of corporate continuity, financial capability, and long-term commitment. Marabou is built to be more than a project developer—it is structured to remain a reliable owner, operator, and commercial partner throughout the life of the assets and relationships we develop.
